Can I use the UPnRIDE in the rain
Yes.
What temperature ranges can the battery, electronics, and motor withstand?
The system has been tested to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +50°C and can be stored within a temperature range of -40°C to +67°C.
What is the maximum travel distance with the UPnRIDE?
After testing under lab conditions, it can travel approximately 18 km on a single charge. With two batteries, this distance can be doubled to around 36 km.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

Can I charge the battery overseas where the charger Voltage is different?
Yes! You can use the UPnRIDE robotic wheelchair overseas. We provide the charger with a wall socket adapter based on your region. The UPnRIDE charger operates on AC 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz, making it compatible with most regions worldwide.
